Delivery Policy
We deliver on time and we Guarantee it! Same-day delivery Monday through Sunday is available when your order received before 10 p.m. Moscow time the day before.(GMT+3). However this is not possible on holidays and peak floral delivery periods. Orders received after the above time will be delivered on the next business day or date requested. In Moscow delivery is FREE for orders over $99.00
Delivery charges for Moscow region cities are between 19.95 and 29.99, depending on distance from Moscow.

Delivery hours information
Our delivery hours Monday through Sunday from 10a.m. to 10p.m. Moscow time (GMT+3). We cannot always guarantee AM or PM delivery, but we will do our best to meet your requests. First we call recipient to arrange the delivery time. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf; or leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace.

Holidays delivery information
During busy holiday times we always recommend to place your order EARLY. Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Women's Day and Easter are the busiest floral & gift delivery periods. Due to the high volume of orders we handle during holidays same or next day delivery is available only if you place your order 2-3 days in advance. Otherwise, please allow 2 business days to process the delivery.

It is important to fill out our secure online order form completely and accurately. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact customer service by e-mail at and have your order number ready. You will receive order delivery confirmation when it is completed. If we have any problems with your order we will contact you by phone or mail.
