My girlfriend lives in Russia and I send her flowers from time to time to Russia. She loves flowers and I love to gift her flowers. I have used a lot of online florists in the past and she has liked them but whenever I asked about the quality of service, she always told me that, this or that was missing or card was wet or flowers were not of a good quality or not the ones I sent or something else was wrong, so I have been switching services and have never used the same flower service twice. While searching for the perfect online florist on Valentines, I came across Moscow flowers. Disappointed from other I decided to give it a shot. My experience has been more than great. It has been superb! The communication is excellent. I mistakingly entered the wring delivery date (a date in the past) and discovered that only on Valentines day! I thought my surprise is runined and was distort. But when I contacted Moscow flowers, hoping they can help me. I was delighted to discover that they already corrected my mistake and the flowers were on their way I found the payment options I was looking for and best of all, my girlfriend LOVED the flowers and told me that they were of highest quality and everything from the call to check the address for delivery to the delivery was excellent! Thanks to Moscow Flowers, now I can finally stop looking for another service and can be sure every time that my loved one will only get the very best Hisan A. |
